  • 250 g fish fillets (e.g. red snapper, sea bream, monkfish), cut in pieces
  • 120 g fresh oyster mushrooms, halved
  • 20 g palm sugar
  • 100 g fresh clams
  • 250 g raw, medium-sized prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 20 g fish sauce
  • 20 g lime juice
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced (1 cm)
  • 3 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only
