Ingredients

  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • 1 - 2 garlic cloves, to taste
  • 60 g onions, cut into halves
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 150 g fresh green beans, cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
    or 150 g fresh flat green beans, cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
  • 150 g fresh button mushrooms, cut into quarters
  • 250 g chicken breast fillets, cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • ½ - 1 tsp fine salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 400 g water
  • 200 g cream, min. 30% fat
  • 1 heaped tsp vegetable stock paste, homemade
    or 1 vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l), crumbled
  • 200 g fusilli pasta, dried, or similar short dried pasta
  • 70 g cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 16 fresh basil leaves, torn in pieces
