- 200 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 200 g carrots, cut into batons
Onion gravy
- 380 g brown onion, cut into eighths
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp Chicken stock paste (see Tips)
- 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha® sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ground black pepper, to taste
