- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 6 tbsp Drambuie (50 g)
- 250 g fresh raspberries, or frozen raspberries, thawed and well drained, plus extra for garnishing
- 50 g milk chocolate, shaved, for garnishing
