  • 7 oz yellow onions cut into halves

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ oz fresh parsley, leaves only plus extra to garnish
  • 14 oz pork loin boneless, cut into pieces (1 in.)
    or 14 oz pork neck, boneless boneless, cut into pieces (1 in.)
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 - 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 1 chicken stock cube crumbled
  • 1 oz tomato paste
