  • water for soaking
  • 3 tsp rice wine vinegar

Filling

  • 5 nori sheets (seaweed sheets)
  • 1 carrot cut into thin batons
  • 100 g smoked salmon cut into strips
  • ½ avocado cut into strips
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber cut into thin batons (approx. 5 cm long)
  • soy sauce to serve
  • wasabi paste to serve
