  • 2 tbsp ground coriander seed
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 60 g water
  • ½ tsp rock salt adjust to taste
  • 250 g cauliflower florets
  • 150 g tomatoes (approx. 1 tomato), cut in cubes (1 cm)
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves only, chopped, to garnish
  • 1 tbsp cold pressed sesame oil
