  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Coleslaw

  • 5 oz red cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 14 oz water
  • 12 corn tortillas
    or 12 flour tortillas
  • cilantro leaves, to garnish
  • ¼ - ½ red onion, sliced, to garnish
  • 1 avocado, sliced
