    or 400 g short-grain rice
  • 2 tbsp Arabian spice mix
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 pinch pepper, freshly ground
  • 1000 g chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 50 g olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
  • 100 g onions, cut in halves
  • 200 g beef mince
  • 1000 g water
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3 dried bay leaves

Sauce

  • 40 g butter, cut in pieces
  • 60 g flour

Garnish and serving

  • 20 g almonds, roasted
  • 20 g pine nuts, roasted
  • 20 g unsalted pistachio nuts, roasted
