- 1 spring onion/shallot, trimmed and cut into thirds
- 150 g Chinese cabbage (wombok), shredded
- 100 g mayonnaise (see Tips)
- ¼ tsp Sriracha® sauce (optional - see Tips)
- 1 ½ tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 ½ tsp white sesame seeds
