  • 30 g cornflour (starch)
  • 220 g fresh milk
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 600 g water
  • 250 g yam (taro roots), peeled and cut into pieces (2 cm)
  • 50 g purple sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces (2 cm)
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 20 g chicken floss
    or 20 g pork floss
