  • 60 g Parmesan cheese cut into pieces (see Tips)
  • 300 g sweet potato peeled and cut into pieces
  • 120 g red onion cut into quarters
  • 1 sweet corn cob kernels removed
  • 30 g butter
  • 415 g canned salmon (red salmon), well drained (see Tips)
  • olive oil spray
  • lemon cut into wedges, to serve
