  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 3 tbsp port wine
    or 3 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp bourbon whiskey
    or 2 tbsp brandy
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • fresh baguette, to serve
