  • 300 g boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 500 g water

Dill yoghurt sauce

  • 10 - 15 sprigs fresh dill, leaves only
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 300 g plain yoghurt (see Tips)
  • 50 g mayonnaise (see Tips)
  • 2 pinches salt
