  • 40 g fresh button mushrooms
  • 50 g spring onions cut in pieces
  • 25 g celery stalk cut in pieces
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • 120 g raw prawns, peeled
  • 120 g pork mince broken in pieces (see tip)
  • 3 filo pastry sheets
  • water for sealing
  • sunflower oil for frying
