- 300 g beef fillet steak, thinly sliced (approx. 1-2 mm)

- 10 g fresh coriander leaves, thinly chopped (1-2 mm)
- 10 g spring onion/shallot, thinly chopped (1-2 mm)
- ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 lime, cut into wedges, to serve
- 100 g fresh bean sprouts
- fresh chilli, thinly sliced (1-2 mm)
- 4 tsp hoi sin sauce (optional)
- 2 tsp hot chilli sauce (optional)
