  • 150 g fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced (5 mm)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 180 g short grain rice, Korean or Japanese
  • 120 g carrots, peeled, cut in batons (5 mm x 4 cm)
  • 100 g fresh baby spinach
  • 120 g fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 4 wheat flour tortillas (approx. Ø 30 cm)
