  • 40 g orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 300 g wholemeal flour
  • 35 g chia seeds (see tip)
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 60 g pumpkin seeds (see tip)
