  • 50 g fresh spinach, cut in thin strips (0.5 cm)
  • 1 bay leaf, dried
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 15 g flour
  • 1200 g grouper steaks (approx. 6 pieces)
