  • 600 g water
  • 330 g ajvar (see tip)
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock paste, homemade
    or 1 vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l)
  • ¼ tsp fine salt
  • 400 g short dried pasta e.g. fusilli, penne, macaroni etc.
  • 200 g leek cut into rings (5 mm)
