Ingredients

  • 3 ½ oz red onions halved, plus extra, to garnish
    or 3 ½ oz white onions halved, plus extra, to garnish
  • 1 serrano chili deseeded
    or 1 fresh chili deseeded
  • ½ - 1 oz lime juice
    or ½ - 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ - 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 2 - 3 sprigs fresh cilantro leaves only
  • 7 oz tomatoes quartered
  • 18 oz ripe avocado cut into pieces (2-3 avocados)
  • 1 - 2 limes cut into wedges, to serve
