  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Gravy

  • 1 ½ oz salted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 oz all-purpose flour
  • 14 oz water
  • 2 - 3 tsp beef stock paste, to taste (see Tips)
  • 3 ½ oz heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • fresh dill, leaves only, to garnish
