Chicken tikka
- 1200 g skinless, boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp garam masala (see Tips)

- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 cm piece fresh ginger
- 100 g tomato paste
- 100 g natural yoghurt

- 1 - 2 brown onions (approx. 200 g), cut into quarters
- 2 tsp piece fresh ginger peeled
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cardamom pods crushed
- 1 ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 - 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 - 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 150 g pouring (whipping) cream
