  • 3 oz sugar plus 1 tbsp for plums
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    or ½ vanilla bean pod seeds scraped out
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ½ oz whole milk
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 2 oz all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 - 2 tbsp confectioners sugar to dust
