  • 180 g short-grain rice Korean or Japanese
  • 120 g carrots cut in strips
  • 100 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 120 g fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, toasted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying eggs
  • 4 wheat tortillas (approx. Ø 30 cm)
