  • 40 g spring onions/shallots trimmed and cut into pieces

  • 250 g mince (pork, chicken or beef)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tsp ground white pepper
  • 2 tsp Shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine)
