- 800 g skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes (3 cm)

- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (optional)
- 100 g pouring (whipping) cream
- 60 g tomato paste
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 - 2 pinches salt
- 1 - 2 pinches ground black pepper
- fresh coriander, leaves only, for garnishing
