  • 510 g spinach leaves, fresh, divided
  • 115 g onions, in pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g unsalted butter, in pieces
  • 115 g cream cheese, in pieces
  • 60 g heavy cream 33%-35% M.F.
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • 4 sweet corn cobs, grilled, to serve (see Tip)
