  • 1 pinch salt

Hibiscus Water

  • ½ oz dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 oz water
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 packet/envelope gelatin powder, unflavored
    or 2 ¼ - 2 ½ tsp gelatin powder, unflavored
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 5 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz fresh raspberries, plus extra to garnish
