  • 100 g milk plus extra for sealing
    or 100 g water plus extra for sealing
  • 30 g vegetable oil plus extra for greasing
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp dried instant yeast

Peshwari Naan Filling

  • 75 g blanched almonds
  • 25 g desiccated coconut
  • 30 g sultanas
  • 2 Tbsp runny honey for garnishing
  • 2 Tbsp flaked almonds for garnishing
