Ingredients

  • 200 g plum tomato, firm, whole that fit through feeder tube (2 tomatoes)
  • 150 g iceberg lettuce, thickest part of
    the core removed, cut into 3-4 wedges to fit
    through feeder tube
  • 70 g onion, cut into halves vertically
  • 130 g leek, cut into pieces to fit through feeder tube
  • 180 g mixed capsicum, cut into 4 wedges, seeds and membranes removed
  • 80 g button mushrooms (approx. 6-7 mushrooms), whole, stems removed
  • 100 g carrot, peeled and trimmed
  • 150 g Emmental cheese, cut into pieces to fit through feeder tube
  • ½ bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
  • ½ lemon, peel only, no white pith
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 - 3 pinches ground cayenne pepper
  • 6 tortillas
