  • 1 oz unsalted butter

Pâte à choux

  • 11 oz water
  • 6 oz unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 9 oz all-purpose flour
  • 6 large eggs, divided

Glaze Icing

  • 10 oz confectioners sugar
  • 2 oz whole milk
  • 1 - 2 drops food coloring, pink
  • 1 - 2 drops food coloring, purple
  • 1 - 2 drops food coloring, green

Buttercream

  • 4 oz confectioners sugar
  • 2 oz unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 - 2 drops food coloring, blue

Assembly

  • 1 oz cocoa beans (15 beans)
