  • 1 garlic clove
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 400 g meat, minced (e.g. beef, turkey or pork), broken in pieces
  • 250 g passata
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 10 pitted black olives, quartered lengthways

'Cheese' Sauce

  • 100 g ghee
  • 400 g coconut milk, (carton not tin)
  • 4 Tbsp arrowroot
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 large eggs

Topping

  • 300 - 400 g sweet potato, peeled (approx. 1 medium potato)
